To address the issue of non-Java Compliant devices, Kalmeo provides WAP applications reachable from any mobile Internet browser. This technology allows an instant access to the application without any installation and provides a very good level of compatibility when several precautions were taken.

Several technologies are in competition in this domain among which the WML and the xHTML-mobile. As these formats are not interoperable, Kalmeo has developed a technology based on the device recognition that identifies the most appropriate format for each client-device.

Especially, this mechanism allows to host a website for mobile devices and computers behind the same address.
